The picture does not do the cage justice. The cage is HUGE! I received it in 5 days. Nothing was wrong with the cage. No instructions included, just a diagram so save the page to your favorites because you will need the written instructions. It is a beautiful cage! Very pleased!

I was a little disappointed on a few points when I received the cage. It was filthy and couldn't get it completly free of some brown streaks (we ordered the white). There was also a spot or two where the powder coating did not adhere. The instructions (1 page of a sketch that made little sense, no printed instructions, maybe b/c it was made in China?) were practically useless and it took my husband and me all but 3 hours to assemble. The lock down feature on the inside bowls are all hard to work and one of the swing out doors for the bowls catches and has to be forced open or closed. With all that said, the cage is sturdy and Lily LOVES all the room (although she's not in there alot I have to admit). I did a good amount of researching for a new cage both locally and online and by far this was the best price for the size I could find. Plus Wendy in customer svc/orders was so nice and helpful, I will definately be ordering items in the future from here. Long story short-a good value if you don't mind it not being perfect.

We contacted this customer and offered to replace any defective parts. We also emailed our text instructions but her corporate email account blocked this. Below is the customers reply:
I was on vacation and did not get back until today.
As far as the instructions, in corresponding with Wendy it seems as though my corporate email has blocked some of my emails which is unfortunate but that seems to happen here on occasion unless it is inter-company correspondence. As far as the brown marks, they were too many pieces to replace and are small streaks, not noticeable unless you really look close so I’m not going to request replacements. As far as the door with the feeder, I will see if I can adjust it tonight. Its working easier now but that is because the powder coating is being scraped off.
Other than that my Lily and I are very happy with the overall quality of the cage. Looking back on my review I see how it could be viewed negatively and was not my main intention. I was more than pleased with the cost, how quickly I received the cage and the customer service is by far the best in any company I have ever dealt with, and I do appreciate it and do plan on ordering with you all again!
