Bottom grate no close to the bottom of the cage floor.

I love the look of this cage, it fits in the corner perfectly. My bird loves this cage. My only complaint, and it is a big one, is the bottom grate is about 1 inch from the cage bottom. My bird loves to shred the newspaper which cause a big mess. If the grate was 3 inches from the bottom the cage would be perfect.

We purchased one of these great corner cages for our blue and gold macaw. Relatively easy to assemble and it has held up great. We had a different cage for our Catalina macaw, but it rusted quickly. While the birds have been very happy together in one cage, We are purchasing a second cage in the same profile so each bird has its own home. The. Cage has held up great with no loss to the paint or rusting.

This corner bird cage is just what the doctor ordered for our african grey. It fits in the corner of the bird room and adds alot of space to the room while maintaining the room that he needs to play. It came with NO bent pieces!! I had read other reviews of a different product that complained of parts being bent upon arrival but this bird cage is very well made and went together nicely. He took to it quite well, which was a concern as he sometimes "faints" when we try to introduce a new toy.....No problems here. I'm quite satisfied.

Gabbie loves her new cage! It's huge and wasn't difficult to assemble. There are many safety features in the way the feeders are set up that don't get mentioned in the description. the door lock has a nice extra safety as well. Just one thing I wish were different. Heavier paint or powder coating. Still a great cage though over all.
